Planning has begun for the 2026 Fool's Run, the 47th running of this classic event and registration is now open!

       Runners and walkers come from all over Western Pennsylvania as well as neighboring states to be with us.

       Race shirts are provided by our corporate sponsors, S & T Bank and Indiana Regional Medical Center.  In 2025, participants seemed to like the new shirt design featuring Ruby the Rabbit, the granddaughter of the original Fool's Run Rabbit.  The same design will be used in 2026 but on a shirt of a different color.     

        Awards are presented to the top-three overall male and females finishers, and the top male and females masters.  Top-three age group winners. as noted below, will also receive awards.  Finishers' medals to all registered runners and walkers courtesy of IRRC member Bill Leydic.        Post-race refreshments included chips, cupcakes, and Smiley Cookies.  The Smiley Cookies were courtesy of Eat 'N Park and Scott Bowman of Bowman Land Surveying.  

       New for 2026:  Chip timing provided by Gingerbread Timing.  Live results will be uploaded every 30 seconds at RunSignUp as runners and walkers cross the finish line.
