RUN FOR THE TRAIL 7K, AUGUST 12, 2012
The Run For The Trail 7K will be held Sunday, August 12, 2012 and starts at the Dilltown Access of The Ghost Town Trail. Runners will experience gently rolling hills on quiet country roads in the first half of the race before turning onto the Ghost Town Trail for the downhill run to the finish. A quality t-shirt is guaranteed for the first 150 pre-registrants. Additional shirts will be available at race day registration as long as supplies last.
Following the race, runners will enjoy ice cream compliments of Valley Dairy of Indiana, PA and Race Director Thad Pajak. Awards for the top three male and female runners as well as top three age group winners will be presented.
Awards for The Run For The Trail 7K are railroad spikes donated by Kovalchick Corporation of Indiana, Pennsylvania. Examples are shown below.
