The final race in the Indiana County Triple Crown Series will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at 6:00 PM. The Run For The Trail 7K starts at the Dilltown Access of The Ghost Town Trail. Runners will experience gently rolling hills on quiet country roads in the first half of the race before turning onto the Ghost Town Trail for the downhill run to the finish. A quality t-shirt is guaranteed for the first 150 pre-registrants. Additional shirts will be available at race day registration as long as supplies last.
Packet pickup and race day registration is from 4:30 to 5:45 PM in the pavilion at Dilltown.
Following the race, runners will enjoy ice cream compliments of Gallagher's Dairy and Race Director Thad Pajak. Awards for the top three male and female runners as well as top three age group winners will be presented.
Proceeds of this race benefit Indiana County Parks & Trails.
