32nd ANNUAL FOOL'S RUN 10K, APRIL 3, 2010
The 32nd Annual Fool's Run 10K Run and Three Mile Fun Walk was be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010. Weather was great this year and we had a record turnout of runners and walkers. Our thanks to all who came out for the 2010 Fool's Run.

2010 Fool's Run Fun Walk Results
THE FOOL'S RUN COURSE:
Runners: The race will begin at 10:00 AM in the parking lot on the south side of the ball fields at the S & T Bank Arena Complex. Runners will run through the parking lot, turning right onto the driveway and then left at the end of the driveway, with an immediate left into the driveway for the East Pike School. After a loop around the East Pike School parking lot, runners will then turn left onto East Pike and go down the hill to a right hand turn onto Ramsey Run Road, continuing to a turnaround near the breast of the Two Lick Dam. Runners will then follow Ramsey Run Road back to East Pike where they will turn left back onto East Pike, climbing the steepest hill on the course. After cresting the hill, runners will turn right back into the S & T Bank Arena and will then run through the parking lot and do a loop around the ball fields, continuing through the parking lot past the starting line and up a slight grade to the finish line.
Walkers: For walkers, the race will also begin at 10:00 AM in the parking lot on the south side of the ball fields at the S & T Bank Arena Complex. Walkers should line up behind the runners at the start. Walkers will walk through the parking lot, turning right onto the driveway and then left at the end of the driveway, with an immediate left into the driveway for the East Pike School. After a loop around the East Pike School parking lot, walkers will then turn left onto East Pike and go down the hill to a right hand turn onto Ramsey Run Road, continuing to a turnaround just past the water stop. After the turnaround, walkers will then follow Ramsey Run Road back to East Pike where they will turn left back onto East Pike, climbing the steepest hill on the course. After cresting the hill, walkers will turn right back into the S & T Bank Arena and will then walk through the parking lot and do the inside loop around one of the ball fields, coming off the loop just before the finish line. Race distance for the Fun Walk is 3.14 miles.

East Pike was the old Route 422 many years ago. From downtown Indiana, traveling east of Philadelphia Street (the main street of Indiana), you will go through a series of traffic lights, eventually going through the light at 3rd Street. Continue straight and avoid the next light, bearing right (straight) to a stop sign and then onto East Pike. The S & T Bank Arena will be on the left in about a mile. Colorful signs will help you to find East Pike and the S & T Bank Arena.
