Race starts at 8th and Philadelphia Streets, Indiana, Pennsylvania
Race Day Registration and Awards following the race will take place at GingerbreadMan Running Store, 714 Philadelphia Street,
Indiana, PA (around the corner from the starting line).
The Citizens Helping Citizens' 5K is the third race of the Triple Crown Series. This race is conducted by Citizens' Ambulance Service under the guidance of Race Director Claire Hogan. Race proceeds benefit the Jerry Esposito Scholarship Fund.
The race course is fast and flat with only gradual hills. From the start, runners and walkers will go south on 8th Street through Indiana University of Pennsylvania and then onto borough streets, eventually arriving at Mack Park for a lap around the track and a turnaround near the Mack Park swimming pool. The course then takes runners and walkers back to IUP and then onto 8th Street for the finish near the S &T Bank parking lot.
